Aries 10" Big Blue High Grade Carbon Filter with 5lbs of KDF85

Used in combination with Catalytic Activated Carbon, KDF can significantly extend the life of filter cartridges. KDF 85 is an oxidation-reduction (redox) media that removes chlorine, many other contaminants including a reduction in heavy metals, and problem odors like H2S can be sucessfully reduced. KDF is available in several varieties for specific applications, both KDF redox medias are bacteriostatic and control the growth of micro-organisms in filters. KDF allows Activated Carbon to do a better job at removing taste and odors giving you amazing water!
