Autotrol Piping Boss, 155, 255 Body - 3/4" Noryl with Installaltion Kit

Connection Details:

• Features a 3/4" NPT female inlet and a 1/2" female drain outlet.
• Constructed with a Noryl piping yoke, complete with O-rings and mounting bolts.
• Previously identified as part number 157A140; now updated to part number 1040279.

Compatibility:

• Designed to replace the bypass assembly on Autotrol 155 and 255 valve models.

Installation Guidance:

• Joining new components with older Autotrol valve parts may present challenges.
• Ensure the O-ring is first positioned on the male fitting before assembly.
• Begin by hand-tightening the bolts, then use a tool to alternately tighten all four bolts in a crisscross pattern.
• Repeat the tightening sequence at least three times to achieve a secure fit.
• Even with careful installation, minor leaks may occur when combining older and newer parts.
