Sterilight 1” SS Temperature Management Valve Part # 440179 * New Version*

This integral temperature management valve is for use on ultraviolet water systems incorporating Sterilume-HO, high-output UV lamps such as the Cobalt or Platinum Series UV systems. This fully automatic valve is installed directly on the outlet port of the UV disinfection system and will discharge a small amount of water to drain when the system reaches a preset temperature. This valve is perfect for applications with extended no-flow conditions, as it allows the lamp to operate within its optimal operating parameters.

Though this is a Sterilight product, it can be incorporated into any UV system, especially for systems like holiday or weekend homes, commercial and industrial applications that have long periods of no water usage.

The kit comes complete with 10' of 3/8” ID drain line (food grade PVC tubing), the body is manufactured with 316L stainless steel, the temperature valve is manufactured in brass.
